Novomatic field service bench

Novomatic Service & Parts

Field service planning, floor integration notes and parts records for casino and route operators that cannot afford undocumented machine changes.

Pre-Install Floor Review

Before a purchase order is released, Novomatic reviews cabinet spacing, power, network segmentation, cashless interface needs and jurisdiction documents. The result is a plain installation record that slot operations, facilities, IT and compliance can approve without translating a sales deck.

On-Site Install & Calibration

Technicians work from controlled checklists covering cabinet leveling, bill validator tests, ticket printer verification, screen burn-in, firmware confirmation and security seal recording. Operators receive a handover file that lists the installed hardware and the expected maintenance cadence.

Parts & Remote Diagnostics

Service kits are organized around the cabinet profile rather than vague product families. Validator, controller, button deck, screen, cooling and printer references can be matched to the machine record, while remote triage helps teams decide whether dispatch, firmware rollback or parts shipment is appropriate.

The timeline is intentionally simple. Novomatic uses it to keep technical risk visible: what must be known before crating, what must be checked during installation, and what must be revisited after the machine has produced enough operating data. For a multi-site route operator, the same seven steps can be repeated location by location; for a casino pit refresh, the steps can be grouped by bank so machines do not arrive before electrical, network or security preparations are ready.

Service-backed operating commitments

These commitments are not framed as absolute uptime promises. They are practical controls that reduce ambiguity when a machine is offline, when a firmware update needs rollback, or when an operator wants to compare service cost against cabinet age. Novomatic keeps the language measurable so procurement teams can include the service plan in a vendor review without relying on promotional claims.
